Terms and Conditions:

By using this website, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions of use. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Us”, “Our” and “We” refers to’s and “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, visitor, website user or person using our website. 

Our team will create your order using your preferred style as an inspiration template, colours and flowers may vary due to availability.  We will do our very best to capture as closely as we can the spirit of this arrangement, but please know that seasons, availability and each florist's personality take a role in the arrangements we create and this can vary on any given day. 

Personal Information is collected by Flowers on Melville, such as your name, email address, contact number, payment details as well as delivery information of the recipient.  This information will never be shared with third parties unless enforced by law. We may from time to time use contact information to contact you for promotional purposes. An opt out will be included for each purpose. 

It is the purchasers responsibility to provide the correct delivery details and contact phone number. With rural properties, this must be a rural address (not farm number or obsolete RSD or RMB number) If you can find it on Google Maps, so can we.  If safe to do so the flowers will be left in a sheltered area. This is at the discretion of Flowers on Melville.  If we are unable to leave the product, a calling card will be left and it will be the recipients responsibility to collect from the store.  If you require redelivery this will incur a redelivery fee.  

Flowers on Melville uses reputable courier companies to deliver physical goods. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery company chosen. Flowers on Melville is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Flowers on Melville should be notified immediately of damaged or lost goods. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Flowers on Melville.

Flowers on Melville handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Products sold on this website are a perishable, natural item and flowers life span is dependent on species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others.  We may need to replace some flowers due to seasonality and availability. We will always endeavour to choose the freshest, longest lasting flowers for your arrangement. 


Weddings & Events: A deposit of $100.00 will be required to secure your date. This is non-refundable and ensure we have staff available to work on your event.  Balance is Due 3 Weeks Prior to your event to ensure flower orders are in place. Please note that some flowers that we discussed at your consultation may need to be substituted, due to seasonality and availablity. We will be in contact with our suppliers and always make the best descisions regarding flowers. We will always keep to your colour scheme and refer to your original quote to make these descisions. Once final Balance is paid, changes to flowers cannot be made. If cancellation does occur and is out of your control, balance can be held in credit for future date.
