Winter as a Florist is a time for a bit of hibernation. Events and Weddings have finished for the season, but it a great time to plan those Spring weddings that we have booked and make plans. We get inspired by each different colour palette and dream of ways to make each wedding as individual as the bride.
Its also nice to get excited about some of those blooms that we just don't see all year around. For example all of the narcissus, daffodils in all their shapes and range of colours, stunning tulips, that continue to grow in the vase. And then some of the beautiful banksias that start to come through, menzeii with its bronze tones and our favourite coccinea.
