It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide the correct delivery details and contact phone number. With rural properties, this must be a rural address (not farm number or obsolete RSD or RMB number) If you can find it on Google Maps, so can we.

If no one is at home, and if safe to do so the flowers will be left in a sheltered area. This is at the discretion of Flowers On Melville. If we are unable to leave the product, a calling card will be left and it will be the recipient's responsibility to collect it from the store. If you require redelivery this will incur a redelivery fee.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery company chosen. Flowers On Melville are not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Flowers On Melville should be notified immediately of damaged or lost goods. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Flowers On Melville.
